Today is the best day I ever have. I was strolling into Zi Wei room as usual, struggling to think of ways to pique his interest up in what I am teaching. Then I saw something shiny that screamed "LOOK AT ME!", so I looked at it. =x
There, lies on the table, was a golden paper bag. I teased him innocently, "u like which subject school teacher?" Then, he said, it is for...ME.
I thought he was joking. Then he pointed to the door and said, "ask my mother lor". Need I say more? Ha. It was a pleasant surprise for me.
As usual, I read his favourite book with him to improve his oral rather than relying on that oral composition book. There was certain untimely pauses between words but I am sure he will improve in time just before his examinations in October. Now, I understand why Miss Chua always show her stressed face when we get our papers back...
