It was a hectic week. The days of preparation just flashed across - bringing it to a close.
Some celebrated early...I was waiting for Kai Yi for 3 hrs yesterday, from 330pm to 630pm even though his mum said he is supposed to be home by 130pm. I mean, today is his science paper leh, what was he thinking? He cheekily asked me, "I thought it is supposed to be on Thursday(today)?" Thursday(today) is your last paper, what you want me to teach you on Thursday? Swimming?
He is clever. I meant just ask him, how to spell, "photosynthesis or which 4 materials is magnetic?" He can say it out like a recorder once you said to him once. Amazing. But his EQ needed to be tuned up. Once you scolded or beat him(his mum, not me), he will switched back to "normal" after 3-5 minutes.
I have decided to stop teaching ZW's sister. I can't well, speak her lingo, amongst other reasons. It just doesn't feel right if you know you can't teach but continue coaching because of the fee. Out of the three, ZW is the one who deserved this long break. He has been taking "examinations" weeks ago. At this junction, I wished all the best for his result.
Out of them, RS is just like how you put it. A raw gem that needed lots of polishing into a diamond. His exceptional high EQ has never failed to amazed me. He will hug or kiss you once you praise him or hug him back. Haha. He is a beacon of joy!
Though I hope for band 1 for his English, his result of getting band 2 is a exceptional improvement from his previous results. Oya, I wanted to upload this clip where he practised his song for his show and tell since last week. But I thought it will be better if I managed to save his finale performance before he is going to sing today? Haha. Enjoy!
